Creatio 8.3.1: Choosing the AI Model, Dashboards from a Description and Creatio.ai in Teams
Creatio 8.3.1 Twin (October 2025) lets you choose the LLM for each agent, generate dashboards from a natural-language description, use Creatio.ai in Microsoft Teams and run the AI microservice in your own infrastructure. Plus a Google Analytics integration and changes to authentication. Here is what matters for B2B companies.
Creatio 8.3.1 Twin was released in October 2025. The most important changes concern AI: you can choose the model for each agent, build a dashboard by describing it in a sentence, and use Creatio.ai in Teams. There are also changes in marketing (Google Analytics, dynamic content) and in sign-in security.
Below are the changes we think matter most for B2B companies. You can find the full list in the official Creatio 8.3.1 release notes.
Choosing the AI model for each agent
You can tune the performance of agents and sub-agents by choosing which LLM they use. Creatio describes the four available models like this:
- GPT-5: for complex, high-stakes tasks that need deep reasoning and strict instruction following, such as multi-step planning and advanced data extraction,
- GPT-4.1: a strong general-purpose choice, balancing quality, speed and cost, suited to most skills and agents,
- GPT-4o: for multimodal and real-time interactions, meaning fast, responsive conversations,
- GPT-4.1 mini: the fastest and most cost-effective, for routing, classification and batch tasks.
What it gives you: a simple agent that classifies cases doesn’t need the most expensive model, while an agent doing complex analysis can get a stronger one.
Dashboards generated from a description
You describe the analysis you need, and AI creates configured widgets with data, filters and visualizations. Filters and aggregations (count, sum, average, minimum, maximum) are supported, as are references to related tables. All widget types are supported except gauge, pipeline and list widgets.
You can also ask questions about the Creatio data model in natural language, for example where a given field is stored or how objects relate.
Access control and on-site deployment
- Access rights for agents. You decide which users can see and invoke which agents. By default, all employees have access to the existing agents, and a user without access sees neither the agent nor its skills in chats.
- On-site deployment. You can run your own instance of the AI microservice and connect it to models hosted by a cloud provider or locally.
- Files. An agent can access record attachments and documents, and business processes can pass files to API Skills.
Creatio.ai in Microsoft Teams
The Teams add-in lets you use Creatio.ai directly in Teams, for example to identify contacts, prepare for a meeting and check cases. The conversation can continue in desktop Creatio. Outlook and Teams add-in sessions last longer, and the last-used page returns when you reopen them.
Marketing: Google Analytics and dynamic content
- Google Analytics on landing pages: once you connect an account and pick a stream, the tracking script is embedded automatically, and data syncs daily.
- Google Analytics for bulk emails: for contacts who reach a connected page from an email link, Creatio synchronizes session and action data.
- Dynamic content in emails: personalization based on conditions on contact data, such as location, purchase history, gender, age and website behavior.
- Restricted fields in web forms: a deny-list of fields (for example in Contacts, Accounts, Orders) managed with a dedicated lookup.
Customer service
The “Summarize case” sub-agent picks the language better and prepares role-specific summaries: root cause, owner, blockers and next steps. In Knowledge Management, playbook filtering recommends only articles relevant to the current case and stage.
Security and administration
- An option to disable username and password login for employees. The setting “Manage login with username and password for company employees” (
DisableInternalUserPasswordAuth) is off by default, and system administrators can still sign in with a username and password. - External application sessions: a monitoring list for OAuth (authorization code) integrations, an “External application” column in users, and role-based permissions.
- The audit log can record exports to Excel (
UseExportToExcelLog). - Azure Blob authorization through a Client ID, a Client secret and a Tenant ID.
Classic UI: an announcement
The release notes announce that from 8.3.2, support for the Classic UI shell will be officially discontinued, and environments will switch to Freedom UI automatically during the upgrade. Section and detail wizards are no longer shown in System Designer, and Freedom UI tools are recommended instead.
In beta
Validation of installed files (missing dependencies and compatibility before installation), workplace type setup (web or mobile), and custom translations of core platform elements, such as profile menu labels.
What to check before upgrading
- Models. Decide which models to assign to which agents, and check the costs.
- Agent permissions. By default all employees see the existing agents. Restrict access where needed.
- Classic UI. Plan the move to Freedom UI before upgrading to 8.3.2.
- Sign-in. If you want to disable passwords for employees, first make sure SSO works.
