How much does a Creatio deployment cost?
The cost depends on project scope — the number of modules, integrations and customizations. A typical MVP deployment for a company of 50–200 people is 50–80K PLN for the chosen process. We always start with a free call in which we can give an approximate budget range. No commitment.
How long does deployment take?
MVP (first working modules) in 6–8 weeks from signing the contract. Full deployment with integrations and training — typically 3–6 months. That’s much faster than traditional CRM projects, which take 12–18 months.
Does Creatio integrate with our ERP?
Yes, through an integration rather than a ready-made connector. Creatio has an open REST API and webhooks, and we design the link to your ERP around your processes and data: what is synchronized, in which direction and how errors are handled. We assess the complexity at the demo.
Will my team be able to run the system without IT?
Yes — and that’s the main advantage of no-code. After 2–3 days of training, business users create reports, dashboards and modify existing processes on their own.
Do you offer post-deployment support?
Yes. Standard 90 days of post go-live support within the project. Afterwards we can sign an SLA agreement for ongoing support and system development.
What does the first meeting / demo look like?
We start with a conversation about your processes (Discovery), then we show Creatio in action. The demo takes 30–45 minutes online (Teams). No PowerPoint, no pressure. Just a concrete conversation.
