CRM Developer / Creatio Developer
We’re looking for a developer with experience in CRM or no-code platforms. You’ll configure and develop Creatio for our clients — from custom BPM processes to ERP integrations via REST API.
CRM Analyst / Business Analyst
A role at the intersection of business and technology — you run workshops with clients, map processes, write user stories and ensure deployment quality. You don’t need to code, but you must understand how CRM systems work.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
What does our recruitment look like?
A simple, fast and transparent process. From application to decision in max. 2–3 weeks.

Send your CV and a short cover letter. No essay needed — a few sentences on why you’re interested is enough.
Day 1
Phone interview
A 30-minute call to check cultural fit and answer your questions.
Day 3-5
Technical interview
A 60-minute online meeting with a Lead Architect or PM — a project case study + a review of your experience. No live coding in front of an audience.
Day 7-10
Decision and offer
Feedback within 48h of the last interview — always. If we decide to work together, we present an offer with concrete terms.
Day 12-15
