Creatio 8.3.3: Contact Center, Sales Forecasting and AI with Access Control

Creatio 8.3.3 Twin was released in March 2026. In sales, the most important change is opportunity change history and a consistent forecast; in service, the new Contact Center app; and in AI, company knowledge served to agents while respecting user permissions.

Below are the changes we think matter most for B2B companies. You can find the full list in the official Creatio 8.3.3 release notes.

Sales: change history and forecasting

  • Opportunity change tracking. Creatio records the history of changes to fields such as Amount, Stage and Owner, with the previous and the new value. It is enabled by default, and you can turn it off through the EnableChangeTracking additional feature.
  • Stage-to-forecast mapping. You assign each opportunity stage to a category: Pipeline, Best Case, Commit or Closed. Forecast rollups are then calculated consistently.
  • A Sales home dashboard with Sales performance, Lead management and Team Productivity tabs and a shared period filter.
  • Fiscal period filters (quarters, half-years, current/previous/next year) based on the configured start of the fiscal year. If you don’t set it, calendar periods apply.

What it gives you: a manager sees when and who changed an amount or a stage, and the forecast rests on a single definition of its categories.

Customer service: the Contact Center app

Contact Center is an app from the Creatio Marketplace: a shared, omnichannel workspace for the agent. The key elements:

  • an Agent Inbox that combines live chats and offline tasks in one prioritized list,
  • overdue monitoring (first and ongoing response thresholds),
  • real-time chat translation, message templates and emoji,
  • chat transfer, relinking and completion,
  • quick actions from the chat header, such as creating a case,
  • dashboards for agents and supervisors.

It comes with two-way SMS and MMS in omnichannel chats, with contact matching by phone number.

AI: company knowledge with access control

  • Governed RAG Knowledge Library. Creatio.ai can use company knowledge through an external RAG microservice, configured with a system setting. Sources can be CRM sections or uploaded text and PDF files. Results are filtered on the server according to the current user’s read permissions, and responses include source citations.
  • Teams meeting summaries. Creatio imports recorded transcripts and generates a summary on the activity page. It requires the Productivity app. Summary emails go to internal attendees with active accounts, and only for meetings held the same day.
  • A landing page generation agent (Lead Generation) creates a responsive page from a goal, an audience and style preferences.
  • An email generation agent (Email Marketing) works from templates, which makes bulk sends more predictable.
  • A personal Creatio.ai tab in Teams, outside meetings (requires Creatio 8.3.1 or later).

Marketing

  • Campaign templates: you save a campaign flow as a template and apply it to new campaigns.
  • Ad audience sync with Meta and Google Ads, manual or recurring every hour. The required identifier is email.
  • A bulk email analytics dashboard: delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and spam, plus the top and bottom 10 emails.
  • Send rate limiting (splitting large batches over a time window, manual mode only) and advanced merge tags with fallback values for empty fields.
  • A script editor on landing pages (analytics, cookie consent, reCAPTCHA) without editing HTML.

Integrations and administration

  • HMAC signature verification for webhooks: requests with a mismatched signature are rejected.
  • OAuth 2.0 client credentials for application-level authentication.
  • Configuration activity log: a global audit of who changed what, when and with what outcome, with cleanup by retention period.
  • Duplicate detection for contacts on save, with options to merge, open the existing record or save anyway.

Creatio Mobile and no-code

The mobile app got workplaces configured the standard way, a mobile Customer 360 workplace, a refreshed look and components (progress bar, grid, filters). The Freedom UI Designer gained an iFrame widget, an indicator of who is editing a page, and a Structure tab. Application Hub lets you package AI agents and sub-agents.

In beta

Two features required flags: custom metric formulas (EnableFormulaAggregationInDesigner) and the Sales waterfall pipeline widget (EnablePipelineAnalytics).

What to check before upgrading

  1. Opportunity change history is on by default. Decide who should see it, and whether that matches your policies.
  2. RAG. Before you connect knowledge sources, review the permissions model, because it determines what each user will see.
  3. Contact Center is installed from the Marketplace and requires planning of channels and queues.
  4. Beta. Test beta features on a test environment.
